DOMESTIC ORDER (Within India)

We ship domestic orders via Courier or Speed Post. Please allow 2–5 business days for shipping. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Please kindly contact our customer service through WhatsApp +91 99759 61035 or email admin. We ship international orders upon confirmation. A shipping quote and estimated delivery time will be provided once destination details are shared. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

• Returns for size, model, and color exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• No refunds.
• Items must be unworn, with all tags attached.
• Contact us through WhatsApp with exchange details.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping to Curves Goa. After receipt, your exchange will be dispatched.
• Damaged or incorrect products qualify for store credit. Please notify us immediately.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items showing wear, damage, or misuse.
• All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Curves Goa is at fault.
• Exchanges for different size/model/color are accepted; shipping is not covered.

Return Policy

When purchasing from Curves Goa, you automatically accept our return policy below. Curves Goa reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise within reason.

All return requests must be made within 7 days from the order date. Please read through our terms and conditions to verify your eligibility before submitting a return request.

Once your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions via email and WhatsApp. Please do not send back any items without prior authorization.

Approved returns are eligible for an exchange of the same item, or will be issued with an online credit that can be used exclusively on our website (not redeemable in physical stores). To initiate a return request, please contact admin.

• We accept returns for SIZE, MODEL, AND COLOURS EXCHANGE within 7 days after you received the package within India and 14 days world wide.

• Once returns are accepted items must be returned in original and unused condition with all packaging/tags attached and in sellable condition We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
• Store Purchased Item will not be Exchanged online or Vice Versa.
• Shipping to be borne by the customer.
• No Cash Refunds.
• Please do not send Items without approval.
• The Online Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of Issue.
• All returns are sent back at the customer's own risk.
